Installation of water meters and four 1-1/2” backflow preventers (BFP) serving residential lots in the Kilauea Gardens Subdivision on Kaua‘i’s North Shore.

2,613 linear feet of electrical conduit drilled through solid basalt beneath an active runway, installing an electrical line and lighting system. Allowing aircraft to make precision approaches.
