Pradeep Chand
Pradeep founded Hawaii Pacific Trenchless after first learning horizontal directional drilling in the early 1990s while working with Ditch Witch, where he went on to train multiple large companies across the continental United States. He later brought (HDD) technology to Hawai‘i, helping introduce a more efficient and less disruptive method of underground construction to the islands. Through decades of experience, he built one of Hawai‘i’s leading drilling companies and continues to innovate and refine his craft. Known as a people-first leader, Pradeep and his team is well known in the industry for getting the job done ethically and above expectation.
